This agreement (the "Agreement") is entered into by and between My Viral Vault ("Company") and the purchaser of The Digital Product Vault("Customer").

1. Product Description:

The The Digital Product Vault is a digital product offered by My Viral Vault that provides a MRR/PLR Library of customiseable Digital Products.

2. Payment Terms:

Customer agrees to pay the specified amount for the The Digital Product Vault as outlined on the Company's website or sales page. Payment shall be made through Stripe/Apple Pay/PayPal.

3. Refund Policy:

Company offers a 7 day money-back guarantee. If Customer is not satisfied with the The Digital Product Vault, they may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. To request a return on a digital product the item must not have been downloaded or accessed and no download links been clicked. We can check this on our backend and a refund would be refused for any of the above reasons.

4. Intellectual Property:

Customer acknowledges that all content and materials provided as part of the The Digital Product Vault are the intellectual property of My Viral Vault and are protected by copyright laws. Customer agrees not to distribute, reproduce, or sell any part of the The Digital Product Vault without prior written consent from Company.

6. Governing Law:

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom.

By purchasing the The Digital Product Vault, Customer agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
